What to do while you wait

If possible, move away from live traffic and use a safe waiting location. Do not stand between your vehicle and moving traffic. On a motorway or high-speed road, follow the relevant road authority's safety guidance and use emergency services where there is immediate danger.

Your registration, location, tyre size if visible, and a short description of the damage help us decide what equipment and tyre options may be required. A photograph can also be useful when it is safe to take one.
